Horrible Experience
We hired Palms Isles months in advance and completed their questionnaire with a detailed photo list and timeline. On the wedding day, our assigned photographer did not show up due to a reported car accident (they are safe and okay), and a substitute arrived nearly two hours late. Because of this, we missed all of our planned detail shots, getting-ready photos, and most portraits with my bridesmaids and groomsmen. The substitute photographer did not follow the photo list we provided and offered little to no direction. My husband and I are not models, we relied on professional guidance that never came. As a result, many key moments we’d hoped to capture weren’t photographed, and the overall experience was stressful. I understand emergencies happen, but I expected a professional studio to have contingency plans that minimize the impact on a wedding day, communicate proactively, and honor the agreed-upon shot list and timeline. Or apologize and provide money back or show any sincere apology besides an Instagram video. Unfortunately, that did not happen here. Their timeline they provided on when the photos and videos should be received was also off by quite some time. I was gifted an hour with a photographer the night before my wedding, those photos were received the next day! I didn't receive any sneak peeks from my entire wedding day until over TWO MONTHS LATER, the rest of the photos took longer and the video took an additional month. We followed up consistently requesting new timelines and they missed each time. I’m sharing this so future couples understand our experience. If you book with this studio, I strongly recommend confirming their backup procedures in writing, how they’ll communicate in an emergency, and how they ensure substitutes have the shot list and provide direction. Our photos are irreplaceable, and we’re deeply disappointed with the service we received

Delightful photos
Honestly, we didn’t expect the photos to turn out THIS amazing. Usually I don’t like how I look in pictures and that’s always been a struggle for me. This time every single photo shows me in a way I actually like. I’m so excited to start posting them on my socials and I keep going back to look at them over and over. Truly blown away by how beautiful they are!

Our photographer Cecile made things so easy, neither my fiancé or I are very good at posing or anything. She got a lot of beautiful traditional shots, as well as some amazing ideas for other evening shots that were more creative. She was so pleasant!

Love the whole experience with Palms Isles!
We were so glad we chose Palms Isles for our wedding day in Jacksonville. Our photographers & videographers were wonderful! They were so attentive to us and our family while not being intrusive or overbearing. We hardly noticed them, but they captured beautiful moments! We are so grateful!
