Hello, I'm Mikayla. I'm a mama, a hiker chick, an outdoor enthusiast, a photographer. I'm really laid back, my "dog voice" is mildly annoying, and I just like to have a good time. When my daughter was born, I learned that time is a thief. Photographs help me remember. Prior to her, I had a camera to take photos of my dogs in the beautiful places we hiked. My tiny gal inspired me and gave me a huge appreciation for my camera and my ability to document love in pretty places. When I'm not photographing your elopement or intimate wedding, I'm making my own memories with the loves of my life.

My job is to make sure you and your honey have an awesome way to remember the beauty of your day and help you get there! During the planning process, I help find epic locations, handle permits, and recommend other awesome vendors to help relieve some of the planning stress. Beyond that, I’m here to ensure you look amazing AND comfortable in your photos. You definitely need someone who can handle all of the big, moving parts of your day so you can be present and just focus on having fun and getting married! Oh, hi. That someone is me nice to meet ya 🙂
