I love photography and often I would like to pause life to enjoy a special moment for just a little longer. I started my journey by photographing nature but was always drawn to weddings and portraits. I've been photographing weddings in Wine Country in CA since 2008. I recently moved to Raleigh, NC. It takes an experienced photographer to make people comfortable in front of the camera in order to capture their true personalities. I am available for weddings, engagements, portraits, and events in Raleigh/ Durham, NC and I am starting to offer destination weddings including Europe. I truly love what I do!

I have over 10 years of experience in photographing weddings, I am professional, dependable, and kind. I value building relationships with every couple and bringing their vision into life through capturing beautiful, intentional, and memorable photos.

My turnaround time varies by season. Typically, you will receive a sneak peek within a week. 4-6 weeks after your wedding you'll receive high-resolution files, so you can share the photos with your loved ones and order prints.
I do! Just let me know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and I’ll send that over to them.
Definitely. All final images will be edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful. I also offer retouching services like blemish removal and teeth whitening for an additional charge.
My approach to a wedding day is to photograph the event in a photojournalistic way. In order to tell the story of your special day, I capture plenty of candid moments. During Bride and Groom portraits, I do give some direction and suggestions so you know what to do. But at the same time, I like to make sure you show your personality and enjoy the session, so the photos look fun and candid. During formal family portraits, I direct and pose to ensure a formal look. There's no one word to describe my style; I would describe the images I create as bright, timeless, and with an editorial feel. About 5% of delivered photos will be artistic.
Don't worry, you're not alone! I hear that from most of my clients. During the photo shoot, my goal is to make you feel comfortable and at ease so we may capture natural photos that reveal your true selves and the love between you two. I will give some instructions so you know what to do and don't feel awkward, but, ultimately, I want you to have fun and forget that you are being photographed :)
