My goal is to help you stay present with your person and your people while I document the moments that make your day uniquely yours. My photography style is true-to-color, timeless, and documentary-driven, focusing on genuine emotion over stiff posing.     We Absolutely Loved the Film Photos

    Working with Mackenzie was seriously so easy from start to finish. She was super flexible, made us feel comfortable in front of the camera, and somehow captured every important moment without anything feeling posed or forced. We absolutely loved the film photos and the way she documented all the little details and candid moments throughout the day. Looking through our gallery felt like reliving our wedding all over again, and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out.

Most couples book 8–18 months in advance, especially for spring and fall weddings. That said, if your wedding is sooner, definitely reach out! I occasionally have last-minute availability.
Yes! Depending on the collection you choose and the size of your wedding, I may bring along a second photographer. Having a second shooter allows for more coverage, additional angles, and moments happening simultaneously throughout the day.
Absolutely. Every image delivered in your final gallery is personally edited by me to match my style and ensure your gallery feels cohesive from start to finish.
I do! While I don't offer traditional wedding videography, I offer camcorder wedding films and Super 8 wedding videos. I love these formats because they feel nostalgic, candid, and full of personality, almost like watching your wedding day through the eyes of a friend who was there.
You'll receive a sneak peek gallery within a few days of your wedding, and your full gallery will be delivered within 3–4 weeks.
Every wedding is different, but most couples receive between 75–100 edited images per hour of coverage.
Yes! I carry business liability insurance and can provide proof of insurance to your venue if needed.
In the extremely unlikely event that I'm unable to photograph your wedding due to an emergency, I have a trusted network of professional photographers and trained associate photographers who can step in. I would remain involved in the planning process and personally edit your final gallery to ensure your images still reflect the experience and style you hired me for.
Absolutely! While I'm based in Nashville, I photograph weddings throughout Tennessee and beyond. Travel within the Nashville area is included, and for weddings farther away, I'll provide a custom travel quote with no hidden fees.
Yes! One of my favorite parts of the planning process is helping couples create a photography timeline that allows the day to flow naturally while making sure we have plenty of time for the moments that matter most.
Maybe, maybe not! While it's always fun returning to familiar venues, I approach every wedding with fresh eyes. Before your wedding, I'll research the venue, scout locations when possible, and create a plan that works best for your specific day.
Don't stress! I've photographed weddings in sunshine, rain, wind, and everything in between. We'll create a backup plan ahead of time, and some of my favorite images have actually been made during less-than-perfect weather.
Yes! Engagement sessions are included in select collections and can also be booked separately. They're a great opportunity for us to get to know each other and for you to get comfortable in front of the camera before the wedding day.
Yes! I love traveling and am always excited to document weddings in new places. Reach out with your plans, and I'll create a custom proposal based on your location and coverage needs.
Absolutely! For couples portraits, I use movement-based prompts and natural direction so your photos feel genuine rather than stiff or overly posed. For family portraits, I'll provide more traditional posing and efficient direction so we can move through the list quickly while still creating beautiful images. For most of the day, though, my approach is documentary. I want you to be fully present with your partner, family, and friends while I capture the real moments and emotions as they naturally unfold.
The process is simple! Once you reach out through Zola, I'll send over my pricing guide so you can explore the collection options and learn a little more about my approach. From there, we'll schedule a consultation call to chat about your wedding plans, get to know each other, and make sure we're a great fit. If you decide you'd like to move forward, just let me know and I'll send over a contract and invoice. Your date is officially reserved once the contract is signed and the retainer is paid.
