    Amazing!

    From our first conversation, Leah was prompt and organized, making the entire planning process smooth and easy. She went above and beyond by offering to attend a mass at our church the day before our wedding to familiarize herself with our traditional Catholic ceremony, which meant she could capture every angle and moment we wanted. On the big day, Leah didn't just take photos—she helped us with event details and even fixed my dress when we had a wardrobe mishap. Her dedication to getting every shot perfectly really showed, and her pricing was fair and transparent. We felt taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend!

    Would highly recommend!!

    We absolutely LOVED working with Leah! From engagement shoot to wedding day Leah made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera. We had never had professional pictures taken so were a little nervous before our engagement shoot but Leah quickly made it feel so natural and easy. This continued in to our wedding day and made the picture portion of the day go so smoothly. When taking pictures on our honeymoon we even found ourselves saying “what pose did Leah have us do?” because they were so simple and natural. Leah was also incredibly professional and flexible when working with our timeline and our videographer the day of our wedding. We were able to just enjoy the day and know that Leah would capture all the memories. We would highly recommend Leah to anyone looking for a wedding photographer or for any other life event!

    An amazing experience for photo-adverse nerds

    Leah was the absolute best! We aren't super photogenic and were nervous about the whole process, but Leah always made us feel so comfortable. From the first meeting, she was extremely attentive and organized. Both our engagement session and day-of interactions with Leah were professional and she did an amazing job of directing us. We loved all of our photos and were shocked in how quickly she turned around the final gallery! Highly recommend Leah for all your photography needs.

Ok, bottom line I keep always in the front of my mind is that it's not about me, it's about you. Your story is the one that matters here, no matter who you love, where you're getting married, or what your style is. My goal is to foster an environment where you feel like you can be your full self, and that's where the magic happens.
As many as turn out and aren't duplicates! I don't like to put an exact number on the amount of images you'll receive since every wedding and shoot is different, but I select all the images that turn out and make sure you aren't getting a bunch of the exact same shot, and I include some black and white copies. It usually ends up being around 100 images per hour of shooting give or take.
I use a gallery website called Pixieset to send and store your images. They will come to you in a pretty little email within 6-8 weeks after your wedding, where you can access, download and print your images all in one spot! I will answer any questions you have about printing and downloading, but I use Pixieset because it's so dang simple and user-friendly.
I shoot on a Canon 5D Mark III and I always bring a backup camera too! – Canon 35mm 1.4 – Canon 50mm 1.2 – Canon 85mm 1.2 – A TON of SD and CF cards so all your images are kept safe and I never run out of space.
Thanks to living in the Midwest, I've shot in every weather condition you can think of, sometimes all on one day, and I come to weddings prepared for poor weather. I always keep tabs on the weather as the wedding week approaches, and if it looks like things could be iffy, I offer some backup plans for photos if we were planning some outdoor spots for your portraits.
YES! I love bringing a second and always will for weddings so that I can make sure your day is being covered with all the angles and plus it's a great backup in case anything happens to one set of gear. All of the seconds I work with are highly qualified, super rad, and help me do my job even better. I can't be in two places at once, but with a second shooter, I can!
