Hi, I’m Joanna – a professional photographer based in Ohio. Originally from Poland, I turned my lifelong passion for photography into a full-time career in 2019. I specialize in capturing authentic, heartfelt moments with care and creativity. When I’m not behind the camera, I’m a proud mom, DIY lover, and big fan of cozy movie nights.

For me, photography isn’t just a job — it’s how I see the world. I believe in storytelling through soft light, natural emotion, and all the little in-between moments that make life so meaningful.     Absolute Dream Photographer

    No one could have captured our wedding day more beautifully than Joanna Scholle. As soon as we saw her portfolio and did an engagement shoot with her, we knew her photos would reflect our love and relationship perfectly. Her style is atmospheric, stunning, and like something out of a fairytale. Her directions during the engagement and wedding shoots were clear, precise, and easy to follow (for our family members and us). I love how she was open to our ideas and poses but also came prepared with shots that would best showcase our love and intimacy. The wait for the final edited photos was absolutely worth it, and her package is extremely reasonable and affordable for everything that's included. She was a joy to work with, super easy to communicate with, and went above and beyond in so many ways for us. I can't recommend Joanna and her brilliant work enough!

    Best Photography Option

    Joanna is a phenomenal photographer. We could not have found a better option for us. She focuses on our desires for photos but also is always excited to give her own ideas as well. She mixes posed photos with candid in a flawless way to produce the most beautiful photos. We also love how quick she is in her work and just captured our engagement and wedding day photos so seamlessly and gorgeously. We intend to hire Joanna for future work as well beyond her wedding photography skills! Would recommend her to absolutely everyone!

    Worth Every Penny

    Joanna was absolutely amazing and my husband and I were extremely happy with our choice of choosing her for our wedding photographer. The engagement photos and wedding photos…we couldn’t have asked for anything better. We have not even seen all of our wedding photos (only a sneak peek so far) and we still can say with pure confidence that we will absolutely love them. Joanne is super easy to work worth and just seems to know what you want without even asking. She recommended the location where we got our engagement photos done and it was absolutely everything we asked for. Highly recommend her for your wedding photographer!

No, I prefer focusing on photography only, so you can get the best wedding pictures possible.
I do! Just let me know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and I’ll send that over to them.
My turnaround time varies by season. Typically, you’ll be able to view your photos online about 6-8 weeks after your wedding.
Typically, couples book me about 13 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame.
Definitely. All final images will be edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful.
You can expect about 50 images per hour of photographing. But keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue type, and other factors.
Sometimes, I’ll bring one or more assistant photographers depending on the size of your wedding. But mostly I work alone, unless my client requests differently
I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my colleagues or my contracted assistant. I’ll also provide you with a list of photographers from the many networking groups I’m in, so you can find the perfect replacement.
