Hi, I’m Jess. A photographer based in Jersey City who loves capturing the calm, honest moments that make your day feel like you. I focus on micro weddings, small ceremonies, and second shooting for larger celebrations. My work blends natural storytelling with gentle direction, so you’ll always feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera.

I bring a grounded, personal approach to every wedding. I know how it feels to be camera-shy, so I guide couples with simple prompts and easy direction. I notice the small things: the laugh before the kiss, the hand squeeze before the walk, and capture them in a timeless, natural way. Whether it’s a quiet ceremony or second-shooting alongside another photographer, I focus on real emotion and connection.

    Engagement and Chinese Tea Ceremony

    It was a pleasure working with Jess for my engagement shoot and Chinese tea ceremony. She was very helpful in assisting us with various poses with different backgrounds for our engagement photos in Liberty State Park in NJ. She also captured all the important moments at my tea ceremony even though it was her first time attending one. We did not have to wait long for the photo delivery and we are so happy with the photos. They came out great with the natural lighting and look clear without over editing. We hope to stay in touch with her so she can photograph our future events as well.

    Perfect photographer for our garden ceremony!

    I first reached out to work with Jessica after following her impressive work on social media and falling in love with the portfolio work on her website! What caught my eye was how natural her photos felt and how lovely her editing is! I knew her style would work beautifully for the outdoor, garden ceremony we had planned. Jessica was so professional in the lead-up to the ceremony, helping me put together a photo shot-list which she executed promptly and efficiently day-of! We got every single shot we asked for and more, and the beautiful portraits she took of us with our families will be family heirlooms for years to come! I am just as pleased with the heartfelt candids she managed to capture, as well as the beautiful couple shots she took of my husband and I. She promptly returned the beautifully edited photos via online gallery which was super convenient to download! Overall Jessica was the perfect photographer for one of the best days of my life, and I would recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone wanting to capture their special day!

Ideally about 6–12 months in advance, especially if your date falls in spring or fall. But I also take on last-minute weddings when my schedule allows, so it never hurts to ask — I like keeping room for spontaneous celebrations too.
I usually work solo for micro weddings and engagement sessions. But I’m also part of a wedding team called Grace Visuals, so if you’re planning a larger wedding, I can easily recommend or connect you with our team. I also second-shoot or assist other photographers when needed.
Yes! Every image you receive is individually edited by me — color, light, and tone — to keep things consistent and natural. I don’t send unedited photos, only the finished ones that best tell your story.
Not at the moment, but I can recommend trusted videographers I’ve worked with if they’re available for your date.
For engagement sessions, delivery is about 2 weeks. For weddings, usually 4–6 weeks, depending on the size of the event. You’ll be able to view and download your photos online via gallery. I always focus on quality over speed and edit each photo with care.
I currently have health insurance, but not separate gear or liability insurance yet. I’m always transparent about that in case a venue requires specific coverage.
If something unexpected happens, I’ll arrange a replacement photographer from Grace Visuals, the wedding team I work with. We have several experienced photographers who can step in to ensure your day is covered and your memories are safe.
