Hannah From Earth is a wedding and couples photography studio based in Northern Virginia, serving the DMV, Oregon, and destinations beyond. My work blends documentary storytelling with a cinematic, editorial feel, focusing on real moments, natural movement, and honest emotion. With a background in filmmaking, I am drawn to light, atmosphere, and the little in-between moments that make your day feel uniquely yours. My goal is to create photographs that feel personal, timeless, and like still frames from your own story.

My background in filmmaking shapes the way I photograph weddings, with a focus on movement, light, emotion, and atmosphere. I blend documentary storytelling with an editorial eye, giving direction when you need it and stepping back when moments unfold naturally. I want your photos to feel intentional without feeling overly posed, and I care just as much about your experience as the final gallery. The goal is simple: photographs that feel like you and bring you right back to how the day felt.

    Hesitate no more!

    Working with Hannah was such a smooth experience. She made communication feel natural and relaxed, never making us feel rushed or stressed about decisions. What impressed us most was how prepared she came to our wedding day! She had already scouted our locations and created a thoughtful schedule that kept everything on track without feeling rigid. Her photos turned out beautiful, and we had our sneak peeks back faster than we expected. Hannah clearly puts in the work to deliver quality results, and her flexible approach made the whole process enjoyable.     If you want to audibly gasp when you get your gallery back, hire Hannah. She captured every moment and emotion so beautifully while making me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire day. I truly couldn’t be more obsessed with these photos.
