Foundation Counseling & Coaching was founded to help individuals and couples build stronger relationships rooted in truth, commitment, and growth. As a Virginia-authorized wedding officiant, veteran, and relationship coach, I bring that same heart into every ceremony I perform. My approach combines professionalism, warmth, and personalized care to help couples create meaningful ceremonies that reflect both their story and the covenant they are making. Premarital guidance and customized ceremony options are also available.

What sets me apart is that I do not approach weddings as someone simply showing up to read a script and sign a license. Through Foundation Counseling & Coaching, I bring a relationship-centered perspective to every ceremony, helping couples create a moment that is personal, meaningful, and rooted in covenant. As a veteran, coach, and officiant, I also offer something many officiants do not—optional premarital guidance and support focused not just on the wedding day, but on the marriage that follows.

Couples can customize ceremony tone, vows, readings, faith elements, special rituals, and wording to reflect their relationship, values, and vision for the day. Whether you prefer a simple intimate ceremony, a fully customized traditional wedding, or a covenant-centered ceremony with premarital support, the goal is to create a ceremony that feels authentic, meaningful, and uniquely yours.

Absolutely. Many couples are legally married before their formal ceremony for practical, military, family, or scheduling reasons. I can still officiate a meaningful ceremonial wedding, vow renewal, or covenant ceremony that honors your relationship and allows you to celebrate your commitment before family and friends with the same care and personalization as a legal wedding ceremony.

Premarital counseling is not mandatory, but I do strongly recommend that every couple engage in some form of premarital counseling or preparation, whether through me or another trusted source. Healthy marriages benefit from intentional preparation. For couples who desire additional support, premarital coaching is available and included in the Covenant Package, with sessions focused on communication, expectations, conflict patterns, intimacy, and building a strong marital foundation.

Yes, rehearsal participation is available and is included in both the Custom Wedding Ceremony and Covenant Package. Rehearsals can be helpful for reducing stress, clarifying ceremony flow, and helping everyone feel prepared for the wedding day. For Simple Signing or Elopement packages, rehearsal attendance is generally not included but may be added depending on the needs and scope of the ceremony.
