Sharon Carter
I was raised on the riverbank of the Kenai fishing and exploring. In 2006 I moved to the big city (HAHA - Anchorage) for a new life adventure. After graduating from college, I found a passion for photography and photographing couples in love. A few Sharon facts: • I love bullet lists • Redbull • The color Fuchsia • Girl mom of 2 • I have been known to be found in the water, mud, or up a tree to get the perfect image. It just happens.
I want your wedding day to be a reflection of you! So whether you are an urban, rustic, classic, vintage, or nerdy couple I want to showcase you! From your engagement session, bridal portraits, and of course your special event, my passion is capturing your events in a fresh, fun, and creative way. Following your wedding day, we work together to design, create and display your custom family heirlooms so you are reminded of where your love story to become ONE began.

Highly Recommended Wedding Photographers
I can highly recommend Elegant Light. They were amazing wedding photographers that made our wedding day even more special that it would of been without them. They are professional, punctual, easy to work with, and were in every way great to work with. I'm not sure how we would of managed to stay on time and organized without all their help in addition to their amazing photography skills. Highly recommended.

Won't Regret Your Decision!! Amazing!!
Sharon was a delight to work with from meeting at the wedding expo to our wedding. Even almost 4 years later she is still amazing! If you have seen any of her photos it is evident Sharon loves her job and she does an execptional job! She managed all the lil details to big ones for our wedding. When looking over our collection, some photos we didn't even realize she had snapped a picture. Because that is how smooth and organized she is behind a camera. She will even go the extra mile to get that perfect shot or shots. Our wedding is truly a day we will never forget espically with the amazing photos we have. Would use her again in a heartbeat!
