    Would Recommend Brooke to Anyone!!

Brooke was so fun to work with and made our elopement in Blue River so special. She captured our love perfectly. Our photos from our shoot are all over our house and I will never get sick of looking at them!

    Can't go wrong with Brooke!

We were so happy with Brooke for both our engagement and wedding photos. She is very responsive through planning and easy to work with. She is also very thoughtful and provides great recommendations. We chose her initially because we liked her use of natural light and the warmth of her photos, and in addition to being thrilled with how the pictures turned out, our friends and family raved about them. Brooke’s turnaround time on the pictures was also much faster than we anticipated. We highly recommend her - you can’t go wrong with Brooke!

You’re the best!!

It takes me up to 6 weeks to deliver my final galleries for weddings and elopements but I always post previews on IG and send my clients some previews to hold them over. Trust me, I know waiting is the worst so I work as diligently as I can to get you your photos! While I can’t promise you an exact amount of photos you will receive, on average I deliver between 50-100 edited images per hour. You will for sure get more if you hire a second shooter! I never cap the amount of photos that I send and include all photos that are well exposed, well composed and not duplicates.
I do! Just let me know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and I’ll send that over to them.
For weddings, most couples on average book me out 6 months to a year and a half in advance. When it comes to elopements, it really depends… Some book me literally just weeks out if it’s something smaller and more simple while others book up to 6 months to a year in advance for more involved elopements. I book on a first-come, first-serve basis. I recommend booking me as soon as you have a date and venue/location and can pay my 50% non-refundable retainer to ensure you have me for the date you need.
No, I just offer photography! However I have a list of great videographers I have worked with in the past that I can recommend.
In the very rare event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding, I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my experienced colleagues who has a similar shooting style to me. I would still be the one editing and delivering your photos.
I am a HUGE body positivity and body acceptance advocates Myphilosophy is that real is better than perfect and a photoshopped body is not real looking or honors your body in the slightest. If you are wanting your body to appear different in photos than how you appear in real life, I am definitely not the photographers for you. The only time I do "extensive" editing (that is not even really extensive) is getting rid of small blemishes, skin discoloration and distracting objects in the background. Additional more extensive edits to images cost $50 per file and are sent out to professional editors.
In my professional opinion, yes! Most of my couples I find are initially nervous about being in front of a camera. An engagement session is a great time to get acquainted with how I will work with you so once your wedding day rolls around, you feel comfortable and know what to expect. Also you will have more photos of you and your partner together as a couple (who doesn’t want that?)! Plus you will have photos to use for save the dates and wedding decor if you choose!
Yes, yes, 100% yes! As a wedding photographer, I believe love is love and that it would be absolutely ridiculous for anyone to work in the wedding industry that doesn't truly believe that and is not willing to serve ALL couples in love! I am LGBTQIA+ affirming and believe Black Lives Matter. I will never discriminate based on gender, race, ability, sexual orientation, or one’s personal beliefs.
When deciding how long you need a wedding or elopement photographer for, factor in these things. How much time do you want to dedicate to each part of the day? What parts of the day are important for you to be captured? Do you want your photographer to stay the whole night? Is there a lot of travel between your venue, getting ready space and ceremony space? On average, I find 8 hours of coverage works best for most couples planning weddings unless there is a lot of travel between locations involved or they have a wedding day that is more condensed. For elopements, I recommend on average 2-4 hours of coverage.
Trust me, shooting at a new venue or location is no big deal to me (or honestly any other experienced photographer)! For all my weddings, I arrive a little bit early just to get a feel for the space, scout out locations for portraits and get a feel for the light. And I also do research on your venue beforehand. For elopements that are more on the adventurous side, I do a lot of planning and research of my own beforehand. No need to worry, your photos are going to be AMAZING!
That really depends on a few things! I recommend to my couples with over 120 guests to consider adding one on because with so many people and things happening, I might miss out on capturing something cool or someone because I am focusing on something else. I definitely recommend considering adding one if in the beginning of your wedding you and your partner are getting ready in different locations and/or are not doing a first look so you can each have a photographer with you. And lastly, if you want more photos definitely add one!
I am based out of Denver but I will gladly photograph wherever you need me to go! I absolutely LOVE to travel (I mean, who doesn’t?!). Over the past couple years, I have shot in Virginia, Maryland, Washington DC, North Carolina, New Jersey, Delaware, Rhode Island, Texas and Pennsylvania.
