While I've been photographing weddings for 20 years, my professional career began far from cameras. I created NPR's first satellite news stream and in 2006, after I left the NPR world, I fell in love with photographing weddings! I spent the majority of my wedding career in Washington DC, and relocated to Cleveland in 2023.

I approach the wedding day as a painter would an empty canvas. I look for the most interesting and artistic way to tell the entire story of your day (while, of course, ensuring that there will be portraits the entire family will adore. That kind of storytelling gave me the greatest honor of my career when I was named into the Top 100 Worldwide Artistic Guild photographers of the WPJA in 2024. I am also featured on the prestigious World's Best Wedding Photographers list.

Exceptional! Look no further!!!
