We offer bilingual ceremonies (Spanish and English) all through out California. We are based in beautiful San Diego, California. We travel and can do destination weddings as well.

At Rose Ceremonies, we offer bilingual ceremonies (Spanish and English). We can offer ceremonies fully bilingual or just parts of your ceremony. We also offer marriage licenses and can be issued on the spot, making it perfect for elopements and out of state couples.
