    Pin Me Up Chicago made the booking of Hair and Make-Up services simple, reliable, and a boost of confidence. They were quick to respond and had great pricing. Dana and Jessica were always ready to respond to a text and were flexible when we had to change locations a week before the wedding. The stylists were on time, professional, and very friendly. They were ready to accommodate any request made and even redid a couple of bridesmaids' hair when they were not 100% happy with the results. I also had the hairstylist come back and do touch-ups after the ceremony before the reception which allowed for a quick "outfit" change by changing my hair without having to have a second dress. I would absolutely recommend Pin Me Up as a vendor and would use them again for any event!

    Liz did the makeup for me and 7 other bridesmaids/attendants and she was so amazing! Everyone’s makeup looked great and Liz made me look so natural but still glowy and beautiful. She was also fast and was consistently ahead of schedule which was such a relief. Pin Me Up was also easy to book with and their online portal was also easy to work within.

    My bridal party and I had the BEST experience with Pin Me Up! They did a trial for my bridal hair and makeup and were really responsive to all of the feedback/pictures that I offered. My hair and makeup looked exactly the same on my wedding day as they did on the day of my trial. The stylists came straight to my hotel room, set up and started right away. They were so friendly and helpful and we had a wonderful time getting ready with them! I had 8 bridesmaids + a flower girl and my mother and we were done way before the end of our time -- we never felt rushed and we all had plenty of time for touch-ups if needed before the stylists left. All of my bridesmaids were extremely happy with their hair and makeup (as was my mother who can be quite picky!) and the stylists do such a great job of adjusting throughout based on someone's feedback. Pricing had been a really big deal to me. Since so many of my bridesmaids were traveling so far and spending money to be here, I didn't want them to have to spend a ton more money if they wanted hair and makeup done. Pin Me Up was super reasonable and it ended up being less than $200 for both hair and makeup per person. That's a really good deal in Chicago and worth the money because my hair and makeup lasted the whole day! I never even thought about having to reapply. Highly, highly recommend Pin Me Up!

    As a planner, especially during the times we are in right now, it has been so important to me to have my clients feel absolutely supported & comforted by their vendors through all of the uncertainty and during the planning process. The Pin Me Up Team for the past several years working with them, has absolutely been absolutely that! The communication and availability have been unmatched! They are consistently always responding soon after my reach-out, and they always have their incredible stylists/artists available for any date! Working with them leading up to and on the day-of has also been such a wonderful experience. Their team always arrives on-time, does a terrific job, & always has the girls finished before I need them to be in order to make sure the timeline is running as scheduled! Then to touch on what is going on with the COVID virus & postponements, they have been so supportive, understanding, and again just wonderful during this process as well. They make my job easy and they make my clients feel at ease with how they have handled the postponement process.
