I founded ONLO Beauty Agency in 2017 out of the desire to connect talented artists with our incredible clients. Our styles are individually strong and together as a team we are the best of the best. We believe in high standards: beautiful, modern styles and looks. the best sanitation practices. open and effective communication. easy to understand processes. As artists who have clients ranging from actors, models, musicians and private clients, we will help achieve any look you can think of!

Yes! Our Artists are PA state licensed cosmetologists (licensed to provide services for hair, skin and nails) and estheticians (licensed to provide makeup/skin services). Having licensed pros on our team means that we have invested in ourselves and abide by the state board regulated sanitation rules to give you services that are not just beautiful, but keep everyone healthy and happy.
Our artists have worked with many notable brands and on some really amazing projects including but not limited to: FREE PEOPLE, BHLDN (including exclusive beauty providers for 2017 NY Bridal FW), TERRAIN, ANTHROPOLOGIE, DAVIDS BRIDAL, LOVER’S SOCIETY, SWEET CAROLINE STYLES, COCA COLA, SAMSUNG, VICE, LAGOS, SMILE DIRECT CLUB.... for things like Brand Imagery, Product Campaigns, Look Books, & more.
Within the 4 months before your wedding/event, previews of your look are held at our cute and cozy studio in the Germantown section of Philadelphia. They take about 2.5 hours for both hair and makeup and will be with the lead artist(s). We recommend them to ease nerves, pin down likes and dislikes and get to know your lead artist better.
When clients are unable to book a preview due to particular circumstances (out of state, close timing, elopement, etc), or choose to forego a preview, we will offer creating a mood board to get on the same page about the goals for your look. Previews are not mandatory and are priced a la carte.
Included in your services is a configured timeline. This timeline serves as a wonderful tool to ensure the time spent getting ready together is efficient and relaxing. Clients will get no less than 30-40 minutes and no more than 1 hour per service. On average, each service gets 40 minutes, so you can quickly configure and allow for both hair and makeup to need 1 hour 20 minutes total.
The number of artists is chosen to keep things comfortable but also efficient for both the artist and the group. It is most common that we have 2 or 3 artists on an event for the common bridal party size.
We ask for total numbers of services twice. The first time is when you contract- that is when you put the most accurate number possible that you know at that time. The second time a request for confirmed services will be sent about 8 weeks prior to the event- this is the most important time for you to be exact with your totals.

    Truly the best

    Diana and the team at ONLO are truly incredible. I've worked with multiple artists both in my job as a wedding photographer and as a client. I've had my hair cut, and makeup and hair professionally done by ONLO, and it's always a relaxing experience and phenomenal end result. When photographing clients who have had their hair and makeup done by members of ONLO's talented team, as a vendor I'm always at ease by their professionalism and punctuality. Sometimes beauty services can be notorious in the wedding industry for running behind schedule and affecting the entire wedding day timeline, but never ONLO. Beyond that, they do something that seems so rare in this industry: they make clients look like the best versions of themselves in a beautiful, natural, and effortless way. Even after crying, being outside on hot summer days, or tearing up the dance floor, somehow clients who have had their beauty done by ONLO still look amazing. Diana as a business owner is also a champion for inclusivity and diversity in the wedding industry, which only makes me love her business more. ONLO is my go-to for all things beauty, and I recommend them to everyone!

    The only beauty vendor I refer to clients

    I've been working alongside ONLO for years as wedding vendors in the industry. As a photographer, beauty vendors are incredibly important, because professionalism can make or break a photo timeline if things end up running behind. I've always had positive experiences with ONLO staying on track and meeting the clients' needs. Their communication is transparent and makes everything so relaxed and easy. Even more than that, I so appreciate their dedication to diversity and inclusion, so they can be there for anyone's hair or makeup needs. They're the only beauty vendor I recommend to clients and I'm so proud to know them.

    Onlo is amazing!

    Onlo handled my entire bridal parties hair and makeup. I had 11 bridesmaids, all with very different make up preferences. Whether someone wanted understated natural makeup, or a full face, Onlo was able to accommodate. We started hair and make up at 7 AM for a 5 PM ceremony, and all of us looked absolutely flawless the entire night. Diana and her team were so easy to contact and chat with and made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire process. I cant recommend Onlo enough!
