My name is Zoë Lukas, Founder and Creative Director of Whipped Bakeshop, an appointment-only bakery specializing in amazing cakes, cookies and cupcakes, as well as classes and group tasting events. When Brennen and I built Whipped Bakeshop, the foundation of our brand was to carefully listen to YOU and the details you share with us. We strive to take your inspiration and create something that’s far beyond what you imagined. To us, baking gives us the ability to create things some only dream about. It’s an invitation to experience your most special moments with you.

We are different from many bakeries because we bake everything from scratch using the finest ingredients, from premium chocolate to real vanilla, choosing local suppliers whenever possible. Because we are appointment-only with no retail shop, your baked goods are made just for YOU. This allows us to have the best possible freshness and eliminates waste from unsold products. All of our decorators are artists in their own right. We are painters, illustrators and sculptors, and we think that makes a big difference in the quality of our cakes. We are a close-knit team and we take pride in making it easy and fun for you to work with us.
