PAMKAKES is a small cake shop with large reputation for great looking and delicious tasting cakes. We opened our doors in January 2007 and have been serving more and more new customers every day. The shop is owned and operated soley by Aimee Dotson. We take great pride in creating that special cake for your special event.

September Wedding Desserts
Working with Aimee to coordinate desserts for our big day was super easy and straightforward! She was clear and communicated well via phone/ text. It was a lot of fun getting to taste different flavors of cake, filling and icing to create our cutting cake and make decisions about our dessert table for guests! We opted to have a cutting cake for us and then small bite-size desserts for our guests rather than typical sheet cakes, and are so happy with our choice!! Our selections were as follows: -Cutting cake: Lemon cake with lemon filling and lemon buttercream frosting -Mini cupcakes: champagne, chocolate and red velvet -Cheesecake bites: original & lemon with raspberry topping -Cookies: chocolate chip & sugar -Lemon bars Everything was DELICIOUS and our guests raved about how good the treats were! They were the perfect size without being too heavy or too much. Her pricing was very reasonable and she was super helpful with delivery and made suggestions for how to display our desserts the day of at our venue. I am pleased with our experience with Aimee and would recommend her to anyone local looking for desserts for any event!

Awesome cakes!
Pamkakes was an absolute pleasure to work with for our desserts. Their communication was excellent - they were always extremely responsive and very helpful throughout the entire process. The quality of their work was truly amazing, with stunning and delicious cakes and desserts that wowed all of our guests. From start to finish, Pamkakes was simply a very good business to work with top to bottom, and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out for our special day.

Amazing work!
Aimee's work is so amazing and professional. Her work doesn't only look amazing, but taste amazing too! My party guests have raved about her cakes and cupcakes on multiple occasions! Couldn't recommend her enough! Customer for life!

Beautiful and delicious
