Indulge your guests with our mobile cannoli cart, featuring freshly piped cannoli and a variety toppings to choose from! For a more interactive experience, our walking cannoli or gelato/sorbet station allows our staff to bring the joy of freshly filled cannoli or gelato right to the dance floor or anywhere, throughout your event. I'm Lauren, a mom to 2 & a proud third-generation Italian-American with deep roots in Sicily & a heart full of memories from my childhood kitchen making pasta dishes, cannoli & other traditional desserts. What sets me apart is my warm, friendly nature and the personal connection I build with every couple. I understand how much goes into planning a wedding, and I’m always willing to work within each couple’s budget to make their day special. My recipes come straight from my family in Sicily, carrying generations of love and tradition. Above all, my passion comes from keeping my mom’s legacy alive, sharing her recipes, her warmth, and a little piece of our family with everyone I serve. This is more than a business to me, it's my heritage, my family's story & the future I'm creating for my children.
