I'm an actual native Washingtonian, rare I know. I started my freelance makeup artist business over 20 years ago and work from The White House to Your House. My passion has taken me across much of the US & foreign markets, with all forms of media, fashion, red carpet events and I love my weddings! I like to tailor my skills to the event and the comfort level of the client. There is a natural glamour that resides in everyone and I like to think I have a unique and personable way of bringing it to the surface.

My feeling on wedding day makeup is that you should look like YOU on your BEST day..polished, elegant & most of all comfortable. Color choices & style of application varies based on the style of the person, time of day, theme or formality, lighting & most of all, what the client is comfortable with. You being comfortable & feeling beautiful is the most important part of doing someone’s makeup.
Originally designed for TV & HD, airbrush makeup is where a high quality makeup is applied or ‘blown’ though an airbrush gun using a compressor creating a fine mist of foundation onto the face, creating a soft, smooth & generally flawless finish. Hand blending, when done skillfully & with proper products can really create a similar look. It’s a matter of personal & climate preference.
