Appointments must be booked 24 hours in advance. As I do understand emergencies happen, same day appointments will require an additional fee.

Travel for services greater than 45 miles away will be discussed via text or email. Prices will vary in relation to distance.

All appointments have a ten-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, you will be charged a $10 late fee. After 15 minutes, you will be charged a $15 late fee. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your full appointment is no longer guaranteed and only partial service(s) may be rendered. After 20 minutes, the appointment will be canceled and full service charges will be rendered.

To reschedule your appointment, follow the instructions on your confirmation email. Your deposit will go towards your next service.
