Making artwork with flowers to celebrate love has been bringing me so much joy for years, and truly feels like more than a dream come true. My favorite part about my company is being able to connect with couples and help them bring their vision to life with expressing the beauty of who they are in florals! Julia is the best in the business!!!
I can't recommend Julia at Ruby Rivers Floral enough! From my very first conversation, Julia was incredibly kind, responsive, and such a pleasure to work with. She always answered my questions quickly and made the entire planning process feel easy and stress-free. She took the vision I had for our wedding and brought it to life more beautifully than I ever imagined. Every arrangement was stunning, and everything felt so thoughtful and intentional. Julia also had a great understanding of our venue and the space, which allowed her to make recommendations that enhanced the overall look while staying true to what we wanted. One of the things I appreciated most was how mindful she was of our budget. She presented different options, offered honest advice on where our money would have the biggest impact, and helped us create a beautiful design without ever making us feel pressured to spend more. Her expertise and guidance were invaluable throughout the entire process. Our flowers were absolutely breathtaking, and we received so many compliments from our guests! I recommended her to a close friend to use for her wedding and Julia did an outstanding job for hers as well.

Julia with Ruby Rivers was absolutely WONDERFUL to work with. Our florals couldn’t have been more beautiful. I loved my bouquet so much that I got it preserved and hung it up in my living room! She was always responsive and went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect. Highly recommend!

Severe Mismatch Between Proposal and Final Setup
My sister used this florist for her 2022 wedding, and it remains one of the biggest disappointments of the day. After extensive email communication and multiple inspiration photos, she was very clear that she wanted baby’s breath styled as runners across the reception tables. The company confirmed that for 5,000 they could create something similar. Maybe not quite as full, but the same overall concept. On the wedding day, instead of creating baby’s breath runners as discussed, they placed small glass vases with a few stems of baby’s breath in each and spread them across the tables. At no point prior to the wedding were glass vases discussed or approved. That was never part of the plan, and it was not reflected in the inspiration photos or email conversations. Because the setup looked sparse and unfinished, family members had to scramble the morning of the wedding to visit multiple flower shops and purchase additional baby’s breath out of the bride and groom’s own pocket. No couple should have to make emergency floral runs after paying 5,000 for baby's breath of all things. When the couple reached out during and afterward, the company cited “miscommunication” and offered only an apology. No refund or credit. The vision had been clearly outlined in writing. Payment was required in cash, leaving no ability to dispute the charge. After the wedding, we spoke to several other florists who were shocked at both the price and what was delivered. We were told baby’s breath does not justify that cost and that what was produced was unacceptable for that budget. You may wonder why this review is being posted years later, I personally could not find where to leave one until now. The experience was upsetting enough that it’s still talked about within our family. While the couple chose not to pursue legal action and instead move forward, the outcome was extremely disappointing. Future couples: get every detail itemized in writing and use traceable payment methods. Unfortunately, we would not recommend this florist.
