Hey there! This has completely shocked me and taken me by surprise! I am devastated felt this way about your day as it’s NEVER my intention to cause any stress! I have reached out privately to discuss all the concerns, but wanted to respond here too. My intention is always honesty and transparency never to hurt… our discussion was over colors and variety as my concern was you overthinking and was concerned by conversations that there was a lack of trust in me to bring the vision to life but all came from a place of love and concern for you enjoying your day! I never meant to come across as defensive, it all was genuine concern as I saw a bride worried about the little things that can be overwhelming! I believed we had everything figured out from you response after we chatted and had left the day with nothing but smiles and good things! My team went above and beyond serving along side of me helping your planner handle rain, candle lighting, and other small details to ensure your day was running smoothly! We were 100% set up an hour before ceremony, and we transitioned everything, added extra details throughout! As far as detail blooms - the photographer came and asked us for them and we showed them where to find them so unsure what happened on that end. As far as communication, I am sorry you felt like it was slower and difficult! I never intend to cause stress! I am a one girl operation learning to navigate motherhood for the first time and battling sickness like I have never before this year, but I still try to get to everything! I apologize but I always tell people don’t be afraid of that double text or email!!! This is just shocking to hear especially after getting a sweet thank you card and even talking with you on wedding day! If you want to chat more I would love to clear the air!!!!
