Eilena began in the events industry as a teen helping her mother with weddings. She started as a planner, always being drawn to events through volunteering and planning festivals and golf events for non-profits. After graduating with a graduate degree in Project Management, she took the leap and became a wedding planning assistant and then an intern at an events magazine before going out on her own to plan multicultural weddings. The floral and events design transformation began though her love of flowers and a luxurious atmosphere to provide for her clients. She enrolled in floral design classes and found her true passion.
