We are growers of specialty cut flowers in Evanston, IL. Each year, we love to design florals for a small number of weddings and other life events. Couples interested in playing a part in the design of their wedding florals can work with us to DIY their special day or even use our lovely studio to create with family and friends.

We like to think outside the box and create wedding florals that reflect YOU and not what everyone else is doing. We are flower farmers, first and foremost, so our designs and ethos reflect a love of seasonal flowers with movement and scent. We use flowers that we grow ourselves or that we source locally. If your wedding is booked well in advance, we can even grow florals specifically for your wedding. We love DIY weddings just as much as elaborate installations.

    Jennifer came highly recommended to us and we are SO HAPPY we said YES! Jennifer and her team at Evanston Lands are super friendly, kind, generous and talented! They were just wonderful to work with. Jennifer listened attentively to our vision and created a floral color palette of the seasonal flowers that would be available for our autumn wedding. We loved that they grew their own flowers and sourced unique flowers from farmers they work with. We had a blast making some of the wearable floral arrangements for our parents and the wedding party with Jennifer before the big day. This part of the wedding planning process was very enjoyable. She beautifully brought our vision to life and created one of a kind wearable flower arrangements, bouquets, corsages and boutonnieres. Each detail was well thought out and executed brilliantly. From the greenery and flowers chosen for the staircase railing to the Chuppah and marigolds in antique brass vases for our ancestor altar. All of our guests were taking photos of the fresh flowers on our wedding cake and in awe of the beauty of the vibrant and colorful flowers on our chuppah. The venue was truly transformed into a magical space for us to celebrate our sacred union with our beloveds. Jennifer’s hands are touched by the flower gods. We are so grateful for the experience of creative collaboration bringing our beautiful wild ideas to life! We’d work with them again in a heartbeat! Highly highly recommend!!!

    Jen did the flowers for our wedding and she was absolutely fantastic to work with. Our huppah was so special, especially because she had either grown the flowers herself or sourced them locally. Jen is a perfect combination of easygoing and intense. We loved figuring out together how our vision would best work in flowers and decor. Jen was a gentle guide, responsive to feedback, and always looking for new and fun ways to create an incredible atmosphere.
