Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m truly sorry you were disappointed, especially for such an important occasion. I take great pride in the quality of my flowers and would never knowingly use blooms that I believed would not perform well. I wasn’t aware the bouquet would be transported and stored before the event, and that information would have changed the care instructions I provided. Delicate flowers, such as calla lilies, can be affected by transportation, storage, and temperature. As soon as I learned there was a concern from your assistant, I immediately began contacting suppliers to locate replacement calla lilies and rearranged my schedule so I could personally pick them up first thing the next morning. My priority was doing everything I could to ensure your celebration could proceed as planned. Unfortunately, the replacement order was canceled before I was able to replace the flowers. This experience prompted me to strengthen my process by confirming transportation and timing for delicate flowers, providing written care instructions with every delivery, and expanding my backup inventory for sensitive blooms.
