At Boston and Burke, wedding and event flowers are all we do! That means we are well versed in all the latest floral trends, from those perfect Pinterest finds to up-to-the-minute Instagram styles. If traditional is more your thing, we can definitely accommodate that too. From arbors and aisle flowers to suspended installations and raised centerpieces, we are ready to make your dreams a reality. Our clients have an aesthetic in mind, and call upon our expertise to create a moment in time.

Monika Boston considers floral design her true calling. A lifelong passion for nature and landscape led to her current career, which she considers a concentrated art form of garden design. With an eye for the nuances in color, texture, and form, her designs reflect the style and personality of her clients, as well as the vitality and seasonality of her materials. Monika is a Boston Terrier aficionado, martini drinker, and Tex-Mex connoisseur in exile. She would have just as hard a time choosing her favorite color as she would choosing her favorite child. Perfectionism is her virtue and vice.

    Amazing Florals!!

    Monika was a pleasure to work with from the initial consultation through the wedding day! I had a vision and one inspo pic and Monika made it come to life with the most spectacular flowers! I knew I didn’t want to have to think about moving flowers on the wedding day, and Monika and her team made that happen! She was there at the back of the church when we finished with the ceremony and photos to take the arrangements and flip them to the reception space. She also helped find a way to reuse the pew florals at the reception, too! At the end of the night, she was there to pick up the rental stands and clean up any leftover floral arrangements. Unbeknownst to me, two days before the wedding the floral shop had lost power and was covered in debris/fallen trees from a large storm, but I never knew until after the wedding and Monika came through with spectacular flowers!     Stunning bouquets

    Monika was such a pleasure to work with. Her attention to detail is truly remarkable! We loved the product of her work and have pressed many of the flowers from our wedding bouquets! Thank you for making our wedding day that much more special :)

    Blew my expectations out of the water!

    Boston & Burke took a couple ideas that I had and turned it into something I could’ve never even dreamt up. The most beautiful center prices and bouquets I’ve ever seen. Extremely easy to work with, excellent response times and very accommodating to every need and request. Timely delivery and service. Absolutely recommend 10/10!

    A great experience

    Monika was great to work with for our wedding. She was also timely in her responses and would follow up with me if I didn't respond timely. Despite a little hiccup with the wedding date, Monika showed up and set up her beautiful arch pieces, table settings, ceremony chair settings, bouquets and boutonnieres. Thank you Monika!

    Unforgettable flowers for a fairy tale wedding!

    I have nothing but the best things to say about Boston & Burke Floral Design. Monika was wonderful to work with from start to finish. After just one conversation, she put together a vision board that captured everything so perfectly, I immediately got excited and knew she was going to do an amazing job for our wedding. She was extremely patient throughout the whole process, from helping me choose between different styles of arrangements, to explaining different varieties of individual flowers and options that worked in our jewel-toned palette. She maintained her professional and friendly demeanor even through multiple revisions of our estimate/contract and last-minute changes. She let me know when the flowers were ordered and when they came in and how they looked, always seeming to share the excitement with me. The day of our wedding, she accommodated a last-minute schedule adjustment to deal with the weather without question. When the flowers arrived, I almost started to cry! I was blown away by how stunningly vibrant the colors were, how gorgeous and perfect each arrangement was including my bridal bouquet. To say my expectations were exceeded is a gross understatement. Every single guest and vendor made at least one comment over the weekend – stating how they’d never seen such beautiful flowers, or that they were simply unbelievable – and I couldn’t agree more! I have no doubt that Boston and Burke can transform any wedding into a magical event and strongly recommend them for your big day!

We service the Adirondacks, the Saratoga Springs region, the Capital District of New York, western Vermont, and western Massachusetts. We are willing to consider further travel on a case by case basis. Our delivery fees are based on distance traveled, time and labor required for on site set-up, and if strike services are required after the event. Your delivery fee will be listed on your estimate.
Consultations last 30 minutes to 1 hour. We will discuss details about your wedding such as your budget, palette, style, pieces needed, and favorite flowers. We welcome any inspiration images, as well as photos of your venue and wedding attire. Anything that helps us understand your vision is helpful! After your consultation, we will create a custom vision board and estimate for you.
We can certainly do a mock up for you if you'd like. However, there will be an associated cost to cover the purchase of flowers specific to your design.
