Our dedication to sustainability is reflected in our choice of being a 100% foam-free florist, as well as our efforts to compost all organic scraps, minimize waste, and use local blooms when possible. We are also committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels comfortable expressing their unique vision for their wedding, regardless of race, gender, or sexual orientation.     My husband and I booked Althea Floral Design for our wedding and she absolutely knocked it out of the park. We knew our floral budget wasn’t huge, but wanted something creative and a little alternative, while still giving wedding vibes. Zoe was so easy and fun to work with, I loved going through inspiration with her and letting her artistic ability shine! She managed to help us get everything we wanted (and more!) to fit in our budget. The flower lapel on my husband’s suit was so gorgeous, our guests couldn’t stop gushing over it at the reception!

    Zoe is absolutely lovely to work with! Her floral creations are truly inspired and it's clear how much she loves her work! As a photographer, I really appreciate unique concepts, bold designs, and creative use of color, and Zoe nails all three. She's the first vendor I recommend to all my couples!

    Zoe was great to work with. From inclusive language on her website to her happiness to craft a cat-friendly bouquet, I'm so happy with how everything looked. We received many compliments on the primary bouquet, and the reception flowers incorporated the touches of home I was looking for. I had a fun time emailing back and forth about different ideas, and she did a great job refining my ideas and bringing them to life. She worked directly with our reception venue coordinator which made day-of planning easier. If you're in the Cambridge area, you should absolutely work with Althea Floral Design!

    Zoe designed and delivered incredible flowers for our wedding in July! Early on, she listened closely to our interests and shared her deep expertise to help shape our overall florals that fit into our overall wedding design vision. She went above and beyond to create super-custom centerpieces that incorporated non-traditional elements (bent and shaped horsetails dyed black!). Extremely professional, with a close attention to detail, and a true artist. Thank you!
