At the heart of our business is a commitment to sustainability and inclusivity. We believe in the importance of taking care of our planet. Our dedication to sustainability is reflected in our choice of being a 100% foam-free florist, as well as our efforts to compost all organic scraps, minimize waste, and use local blooms when possible. We are also committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels comfortable expressing their unique vision for their wedding, regardless of race, gender, or sexual orientation. Dream Florals, Dream Vendor
Julian accomplished my sexy mermaid pirate floral goals beyond my wildest dreams. I gave them the vibe -- relaxed, colorful, architectural, ocean but not beach-y -- and they absolutely crushed it. I was so thrilled by their proposal that I sent it to every vendor as my design inspiration. A highlight was my bouquet, a Julian-original floral seashell "purse" cornucopia that got compliments from random strangers on the street!! For super creative, artistic, and colorful florals, with an incredible vendor experience, I cannot recommend Althea more highly. I am so grateful for Julian's design genius and their services that made my wedding beautiful.

Smashed it out of the park!!
I found Julian via Instagram and after scrolling their feed and going to their immaculately-designed website, I was sold. Meeting them and having them be an absolute delight was the cherry on top. They crafted a mood board that was spot-on, taking my initial thoughts (lush, bright, whimsical) and bringing them to (larger than) life. Our wedding was an absolute dream and it’s been two weeks and our guests are still raving about the florals. I’m so happy I’m getting my bouquet preserved because it is truly a showstopper. Hire Julian — you won’t regret it!!

Beautiful flowers!
We had such a wonderful time working with Julian and cannot recommend them enough!! The entire process went super smoothly and Julian was excellent about responding in a timely manner. We can't recommend Althea Floral and Julian enough! They have an incredible talent and their love for their craft shone through their work and every conversation we had with them. We had complete confidence they'd create something amazing for us, and we were right - Julian's creations were so stunning: Ethereal, romantic, funky, and beyond anything we could have imagined. a-la-carte was amazing!
My wife and I got our flowers a-la-carte through Julian at Althea Floral Design and they came out GORGEOUS. We chatted before the wedding about the general vibe we were going for and color palette, along with the special request that I really wanted dusty millers in the bouquets, and Julian made it happen. The bridal bouquets, bridal party bouquets, and boutonnieres were all so unique and exactly what we were hoping for! Would absolutely recommend Althea Floral Design to anyone looking for florals for their wedding or event!
