She took the time to truly understand our vision and budget, and was able to create a floral design that was not only visually stunning, but also incredibly affordable. Jillian at Whaling City Florist was fantastic to work with! Her communication was thorough, her style adaptable and inspired. She really took the time to listen to what we wanted and fine tune the vibe we were going for. Im so thankful she helped us choose vibrant flowers hitting every color of the rainbow.
