We are your one stop shop with a large variety of linens and chair colors we can make your event unforgettable.

We have been in the industry for 15 years, we know the stress that comes with planning an event and when we are hired we treat your event as if it was our own, bringing you the best quality, service and pricing. We have done many weddings, quinceañeras, bar-mitzvah , graduations, and so many celebration, big or small, rain or dry we will make it happen. Our team is resourceful if we don’t have it we will find it and make it happen for your event.

    My wedding

    True Events was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From the moment we first contacted them, they were incredibly helpful, reassuring, and respectful throughout the entire planning process. Their communication was top-notch, and they made sure every detail came together seamlessly. The quality of their work was truly amazing - they provided all the tables, chairs, linens, and custom-made backdrops and decor that transformed the venue into our dream wedding space. Everything arrived in pristine condition and exceeded our expectations. It was my wife's favorite part of the day, and we will definitely be calling them again for our big anniversaries. We cannot recommend True Events highly enough!

    Best of the best

    I’d like to say, True events really nailed it, they saw our vision, we met up and discussed colors it was super easy and they did an excellent job, arrived in time, my guest really complemented their work and the quality of their items. I recommend them to anyone in a budget, that likes expensive taste, they make it happen,


We Travel anywhere your event is in Southern California, we also service Las Vegas NV and Phx AZ.
We can deliver and set up a day before as long as the rentals are available. Pick up can also be schedule a day after the event. We also do same night pick up for additional fee.
We require NON REFUNDABLE 30% deposit to hold the date and book the items, Final balance is due before the event and must be paid 2 wks prior to allow prepping and scheduling of your order, this will allow us to prepare and deliver items or service at the time requested. delaying final balance will delay your order and it will be pushed toward the end of the delivery day. If you require an early delivery please let us know and we can discuss schedule options once you have paid your final balance.
We are limited in the inventory and are booking orders every day through out the year, we recommend booking as soon as you know your design and items you wish to rent, the sooner you book the sooner we hold the date and items for your date. Quotes are only Valid for 3 days.
Often clients book their seating for ceremony and reception, we can definitely stick around and wait for your ceremony to be over and transfer your seating to your reception area making this less expensive in using the same chairs, with only paying a small transfer fee.
Glassware / dinnerware and charger plates DO NOT need to be washed, they must be free of big food pieces, or any liquid and be put back in the crates or boxes they arrived in, we do not clean up,(WE ARE NOT A CLEAN UP CREW,) all items must be stored and ready for us to pick up in their containers for a quick and easy pick up.
You are fully responsible for the times once they are in your possession, You will be responsible for 3x the replacement cost of the item. Due to the high demand of our rentals, our items are rented every week, replacing them sometimes takes more than 3 months, and we have to subagent them until replaced,
We can schedule your delivery as early as 5am and pick up as late as 2 am same night of event.
