If you’re planning a Florida Keys wedding with your own décor, rentals, signs, candles, florals, favors, table details, ceremony pieces, or a room flip, the question isn’t just, “What are we bringing?” It’s who is physically placing it, moving it, fixing it when the wind acts up, and packing it all back up? Alex is incredibly dependable, hands-on, detail-oriented, and always willing to jump in and make things happen. From carefully placing all the little décor details and making sure everything looks beautiful, to handling last-minute adjustments, moving pieces during a room flip, dealing with those famous Florida Keys breezes, and making sure everything is packed up at the end of the night—Alex gets it DONE! What I love most is that I know I can trust Alex to take ownership of the setup. I don’t have to worry about whether the details will be placed correctly or whether something will get forgotten. Alex is professional, hardworking, responsive, and genuinely cares about making the wedding day look amazing. As a wedding planner, having a vendor I can completely trust with setup and breakdown is priceless. When people think about wedding vendors, they usually think about the photographer, florist, DJ... but after our wedding, I can confidently say that Alex with Seaside Setups was one of the most valuable people of the weekend! Before our wedding weekend even began, Alex made destination wedding planning SO much easier. As a part of the services we contracted him for, we were able to ship countless boxes of wedding items directly to him ahead of time. If you're planning a destination wedding, you know how stressful it can be trying to figure out how to get everything there. Alex took that stress completely off our shoulders. He kept us updated throughout the process, communicated every step of the way, and handled our many (many 😅) packages with care. We had Seaside Setups with us for all three days of our wedding weekend! From our welcome party, to the wedding day, to our farewell brunch and I truly don't know how people have weddings without a service like this!!! One thing that was incredibly important to us was making sure our destination wedding felt like a vacation for our friends and family. We've been a part of many weddings where family and the bridal party spend hours setting up décor, running errands, and tearing everything down afterward. We were determined not to have that same experience and because of Alex, we didn't have to! Our planner, Lyndsey Mae, recommended Seaside Setups, and we were so grateful. Alex was such a vital part of making our weekend run so smoothly.
