We are a full-service event services company located in Saint Cloud, Florida. We specialize in comprehensive event solutions, including rentals, decor packages, catering, bartending, and on-site staffing for celebrations such as weddings, quinceañeras, and corporate events. We also partner with established businesses to offer all-inclusive packages.

We work with budgets of all sizes, from small to high-end events. We offer an "all-inclusive" budget-friendly package designed to cover multiple aspects of an event at once. Rentals: Tables, chairs, lighting, and specialized linen rentals. Event Design: Floral arrangements, backdrops, centerpieces. Staffing: Professional licensed bartenders, food safety certified servers, and setup/breakdown crews. Planning & Entertainment: We work with established businesses that offer services through our packages at a discount to our clients, including event coordination, DJ services, and specialty vendors.

Affortable and proffesional service.
Alberto, Evelyn and their entire team brought my daughters Quinceanera into a dream come true. The are very professional and attentive. It's an upscale experience with an affordable price. The level of service is exceptional; from the moment you book their service until the end of your event and beyond. I will highly consider booking them for a future event.

The best All in One Party Rental Company
EA Event Services & Rentals was incredible to work with for my 50th Birthday Celebration. Their communication was great and they responded quickly to all of my questions and/or requests. The quality of their work and the value they provided was excellent - they truly made my vision for the day a reality. Evelyn and Alberto, along with the vendors they work with, are the best in the business. They treated us like family and went above and beyond to make my day special.
