Founded by Jorge Viton and his son Adrian Viton, we specialize in interactive live paella catering, bringing fresh food and a unique culinary experience directly to your event. Our services include a variety of paellas, Italian, Cuban, and Asian cuisine, pasta stations, charcuterie carts, fruit tables, and decorative displays. From weddings and birthdays to corporate events and private parties, we offer customized catering to make every occasion memorable. At Viton Paella, we bring great food, personalized service, and an unforgettable experience to every celebration.

We turn your meal into the main event. Every paella is cooked live in front of your guests in a giant traditional pan, and the golden socarrat reveal is the moment everyone remembers. Viton Paella is a father-and-son business run by Jorge and Adrian Viton, with 11+ years and 520+ events a year across Naples, Fort Myers, Cape Coral and Lehigh Acres. Pair paella with a pasta station, Latin and Cuban-inspired buffets, fried rice, fajitas or charcuterie. Vegetarian and gluten-free needs are welcome. Live paella starts at $12 per guest, we speak English and Spanish, and we treat every event like our own family’s celebration.
