Great experience with ACT!! The presentation of the food and the taste of it was phenomenal! I received so many compliments during my big grand opening event! Will definitely use their service again!

Choosing a caterer was one of the most important decisions we made for our wedding, and we selected this company because the tasting was exceptional. The food we approved was beautifully prepared, flavorful, and exactly what we envisioned serving our guests. Unfortunately, what was served on our wedding day was completely different. The chicken that we approved at the tasting was a beautifully seasoned, well-browned leg quarter. On our wedding day, we were served drumsticks that looked and tasted completely different. Some pieces were not cooked all the way through. The yellow rice was different from the tasting, and the plantains were poor quality compared to what we had sampled. We paid for the meal we approved during the tasting, but that is not what was delivered. After I reached out, the owner admitted they had changed their cooking technique after our tasting. That change was never communicated to us before our wedding. Had we known they were no longer preparing the food the same way we approved, we would have wanted the opportunity to discuss it or make a different decision. I requested a partial refund—not because every aspect of the catering was bad, but because the food delivered did not match what we were shown and approved. Instead of taking responsibility, they refused any refund and insisted that changing the cooking technique did not matter. I have attached photos of both the tasting and the food served at our wedding so others can make their own comparison. The pictures of the food that are in the pans are the food that our guests refused to eat due to the quality. I don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews, especially after what should have been one of the happiest days of our lives. However, I believe future couples deserve to know that the tasting we based our decision on was not representative of what we ultimately received

They catered a wedding reception for us. WOW!! , the charcuterie board was an amazing piece of art really. The meal was excellent and the servers and service was great! Thank you!

ACT Catering blew me away! We reached out to them for catering for our engagement party. The live paella presentation was phenomenal and it tasted even better. Every single guest was blown away! We will never work with any other catering company in the Fort Myers area!
