Tarl & Eric have worked in the food and beverage industry for their entire careers. They bonded over shared culinary passions while working various stints in the Portland restaurant scene and eventually started cooking for festivals and other fun events around the Pacific Northwest. As their services continued to get booked, their partnership naturally grew into My Vice Catering & Events.

    Working with My Vice Catering & Events was an absolute pleasure. The communication with Tarl was very easy - we mostly corresponded by email and phone, but also had a great in-person meeting at their restaurant where we were able to discuss our vision in more detail. Tarl was incredibly patient and helpful in determining the perfect menu for our wedding, which ended up being an elevated take on classic Texas BBQ. As someone from Texas, it was important to me to incorporate some of my roots into the day, and Tarl really helped bring that vision to life in an affordable and delicious way. The food on our wedding day was incredible and received rave reviews from all of our guests. We're so grateful to Tarl and the My Vice team for their professionalism, flexibility, and for playing such a key role in making our special day perfect.
