Corky's BBQ Brentwood

Planning an event? Let Corky’s do all the heavy lifting. Our experienced catering team is ready to serve your event, no matter how big or small. We offer full-service, drop-off and pick-up catering services. Corky’s BBQ is Memphis BBQ. We helped put this city on the map as a culinary capital and BBQ haven. Locals don’t lie, and we’ve been voted the #1 BBQ joint in Memphis 22 times since Don Pelts fired up Corky’s first hickory and charcoal BBQ pit (more than 30 years ago) with one goal in mind: serve the absolute best BBQ possible.

    So many compliments!!!

Guests were blown away at how good it was. Food was hot and fresh (most important to me for sanitary reasons lol). Can’t recommend them enough, Travis was responsive and answered any questions or concerns we had and provided an amazing dinner experience for everyone
