    Marisol and the entire Café del Sol team were absolutely amazing from beginning to end! The Dominican food was fresh, flavorful, authentic, and beautifully prepared. We especially loved the tender stewed meat and the moro, or Dominican rice and beans. Every plate was delicious, filling, and served with care. Our guests could not stop talking about how much they enjoyed the food. The team was professional, attentive, and made sure the catering came together smoothly. Marisol brought so much warmth and care to our celebration, and you could truly feel the love behind every dish. Café del Sol helped make our special day even more meaningful and unforgettable. We are incredibly grateful and highly recommend them to anyone looking for authentic Dominican food and a catering team that genuinely cares!

    First of all......mmmmmmmmk!!! I just tried it for breakfast and added an empanada. My taste buds are in celebration mode. Nobody makes homemade empanadas anymore or seems so I was pleasantly surprised. Everything is had was 10/10. Can't wait to try dinner.
