Bartenders Express is bartending service withalmost 4 decades of experience in hospitality. This team of dedicated bartenders is happy to travel to accommodate clients, serving the CT and Westchester County areas. Bartenders Express was founded in 1999, and we realizethe difference that professional bar services can make to an event. We focus on an experience you would expect in high-end bars and restaurants. We arrive wellbefore guests appear, so that they can be welcomed with a refreshing drink. We bring all necessary equipment, with items such as shakers, bottle openers, and paring knives.

We pride ourselves on connecting directly with our clients, discussing their vision of their event, and working with them to create their bar set up to fit that vibe and that of their guests. When planning for any event, our bartenders meet with the clients and discuss all the different varieties of alcohol, wine, and beers available to give the client an idea on how they can craft their own bar set up.

    We hired Bartenders Express for our wedding of 160 guests and couldn’t be happier with their service! John called us ahead of time to help us with our alcohol, mixers, cups, etc. order based on our number of guests. Then Ally, one of the bartenders called us the week of to finalize details. The bartenders, Ally, Concetta, and Luigi, were amazing and brought all the necessary bartending tools. Their service was incredible! They were friendly and efficient; there was never a wait at the bar! Such a nice team to work with before, during, and after the wedding! Our guests were impressed! I highly recommend them for any event! Thank you for everything!

    John was very easy to work with, communication was top tier. I could always get him by either phone or text. Jess came early to set up to ensure the party flow was smooth. They went above and beyond to make my graduation party amazing! Even volunteered to grab me last minute supplies. Jess was my bartender and everyone loved her service!

    We hired three staff to help run a Celebration of Life this weekend. They were absolutely fantastic! They handled the event flawlessly. They anticipated all of our needs and were a wonderful support from beginning to end. I could not recommend Bartenders Express more highly!
