Great experience. They let us sample the food and even drove to my wife’s work to drop it off. They gave us good recommendations for pairings and info about what to order. And the food was tasty and was a hit with our guests. We’d definitely recommend working with them!

Attended the Croatian festival at Seattle Center last fall and Baked in Bosnia was one of the food vendors. Bosnia is a neighboring country so the food is similar. The menu had a handful of items available. There was a miscommunication with my order as I wanted the stuffed cabbage rolls, but got the cabbage burek instead. Rather than sending it back, I decided to try it out and enjoyed this vegetarian puff pastry dish. It was filling and well seasoned. I did also try the bee sting cake which I know as a German dessert that is also enjoyed in Croatia. It was nice to have this dessert again as it has been many years since the last time that I had it when I was in Munich. Enjoyed the dishes that I tried and would get their food if they were at an event I was attending.
