The Runcible Spoon is an institutional bakery in Nyack, New York. Filled with unique charm and history, the Runcible has been in operation for nearly 40 years. Women and Asian-owned for 20 years, it is a true family business – led by mother and daughter team Kim and Hannah. We pride ourselves in using the highest quality of ingredients for our pastries, specialty drinks, and food offerings - high grade European butter, Belgian dark chocolate, premium-grade flour, locally-sourced dairy, and more. We do not use any shortening, palm oils, or hydrogenated oils. For us, the details matter and make all the difference in delivering high quality baked goods and food.
