    Southern Sips Co. provided excellent bar services and beverages for our wedding. They had great communication and were very responsive leading up to the big day. You could tell they took a lot of pride in their work - the set up was classy and really gave our wedding a special touch. The drinks were delicious and they were quick to serve our guests, who all commented on how much they loved the bar. I had a wonderful experience working with Southern Sips Co. and would highly recommend them to any couple planning their wedding.

    Absolutely the best!

    We had a special event planned and the person scheduled to set up the mobile bar cancelled at the last minute because of an emergency. Luckily, we found Audrey, president of Southern Sips! She was so compassionate to our dilemma that she rearranged her schedule and fit us in. It was amazing what she pulled together in a short period of time. Far better than anything we expected, especially at the last minute. Her décor was fun and whimsical, exactly what we wanted. The workers were so pleasant, and boy could they produce those drinks quickly so there was never a line of people waiting. To top it off, our guests still talk about how yummy the drinks were, mocktails and cocktails! We are so glad we discovered Southern Sips! They are the best!

Yes! Our Cocktail Tasting is designed to tantalize your taste buds and ensure your drink menu is nothing short of spectacular! For a small additional fee, we travel to your location. During this fun and interactive tasting session, you’ll get to sample a selection of our signature cocktails, crafted to perfection to meet your expectations. We take care of all the ingredients and supplies needed for 4 to 6 different cocktails, accommodating up to 5 guests, while you simply provide the liquor. Please note that we schedule these tastings only after securing our services, ensuring that everything is perfectly aligned for your upcoming event.
If you're looking to streamline your service and keep things running smoothly, we highly recommend using 750mL or 1-liter bottles, especially when catering to larger gatherings. These sizes are perfect for quick refills and help ensure that everyone gets their drinks without any hassle. However, we totally get that budget is a consideration, so we’re more than happy to accommodate 1.75L bottles as well. They can be a great way to save some cash while still keeping the party going strong. Whether you’re hosting a big bash or a cozy get-together, we’ve got the right bottle sizes to fit your needs and make your event a hit!
Southern Sips Co. proudly serves the vibrant Polk County area and beyond from our home base in Polk City, Florida. We specialize in bringing refreshing drinks right to your event, whether it's a wedding, corporate gathering, or a backyard barbecue. The best part? Our first 30 miles of travel are completely free, making it super convenient for local events. If your venue is a bit further out, no worries! We charge a reasonable fee of $50 plus $2.00 for each additional mile beyond that initial 30. You can expect not only delicious drinks but also a hassle-free experience tailored to your needs, ensuring your event is a hit!
If you're planning an event and have your eye on a specific bar, don't wait too long to book it! Our booking system operates on a first come, first serve basis, which means the sooner you secure your spot, the better your chances of getting your preferred bar. To lock in your date, you'll need to provide a 50% non-refundable retainer along with a signed contract which is applied to your final payment. Just keep in mind that once we reserve your date, we can't offer refunds on the retainer if you decide to cancel, as we turn away other inquiries to hold that special day just for you. For a small additional fee, you can upgrade from our standard plastic cups to these fantastic crystal-clear options. Tossware is not only shatterproof, making it perfect for any occasion, but it's also recyclable and reusable, so you can feel good about your choice. Plus, it comes in a variety of sizes and styles to suit your needs. Your drinks will look great!
We require a 50% non-refundable initial payment to reserve the date. This upfront commitment not only locks in your chosen date but also gives you peace of mind as you prepare for your special occasion. Just remember, the remaining balance is due 30 days before your event, so mark your calendar! If life throws you a curveball and you need to cancel within that 30-day window, be aware that it is non-refundable. While we don’t hold a liquor license, we do carry liquor and general liability insurance, allowing us to serve drinks for free to your guests. We specialize in being a dry bar for hire, which means we can help you with recommendations and quantity suggestions to ensure you have just the right amount of drinks for your event. Plus, since you’ll be purchasing the alcohol yourself, you can choose your favorite brands and save money by returning any unopened bottles. Please check with the vendor to ensure they have a return policy.
We require a flat, open area to get everything rolling smoothly, and the best part is that we come fully equipped for electricity— we require a 30 amp electrical outlet to plug in within 75 feet of the location of our bar. We always bring extension cords. While we’re compact enough to fit into tight spaces, keep in mind that we’re also vehicle-towed, so make sure there’s enough room for that too! Whether it’s a festival, a party, or any outdoor gathering, we’re ready to bring our services right to you with minimal fuss.
Yes, we carry general and liquor liability insurance. We will gladly provide your venue with a COI and list them as additional insured.

We stock a variety of décor items that can complement your style perfectly, and we also offer rental options for larger pieces to elevate your setup. Plus, feel free to bring your own decorations to adorn the trailer/bar—just keep in mind that any client-supplied items should be placed carefully, as we want to maintain the integrity of the trailer/bar without any permanent alterations. But if you're looking for something a bit more flexible, we also offer a portable bar option that can easily be relocated for special moments like Cocktail Hour. Whether you choose the stationary Pour Pony or the versatile portable bar, you can count on us to elevate your event with top-notch service and a fantastic selection of drinks!
Our mobile bar services are designed to keep the good times rolling, rain or shine. We understand that planning an event in the Sunshine State can come with its challenges, especially when it comes to weather forecasts. That's why we’ve got your back! If rain or bad weather is on the horizon, we’ll collaborate with your tent vendor to ensure you have the perfect tent size to accommodate our stylish mobile bar. The tent needs to be at least 9 feet tall to fit our bar comfortably. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the booking, we do not offer rain dates.
