Previously managing bars and restaurants in both southern Maine and Chicago, Spencer founded On The Rocks Bar Company in 2024. Since then, OTRBC has been providing a welcoming atmosphere for patrons to enjoy drinks and good company. Our team is dedicated to ensuring every customer has a memorable experience.

    We hired On The Rocks Bar Co. for my husband’s retirement party, and Spencer was amazing! From start to finish, he made the entire process effortless. The drinks were fantastic, and the specialty cocktails were a hit! I’d told him that my husband loved bourbon, and he crafted the most amazing Old Fashioned. It was a favorite! Spencer was quick to respond to my emails, full of ideas, and really fun to work with. You can tell he’s a very experienced bartender, and loves his work. I highly recommend booking him!
