Designing signature cocktails to coordinating every last detail of a wedding day, we truly love turning visions into reality. Being part of such meaningful moments in people’s lives, providing thoughtful service, creative touches, and an experience my couples and their guests will never forget.

We carry a Maine state liquor license that allows us to bring the alcohol to your event so you don't to worry about it. We are fully licensed and insured, carrying comprehensive liability insurance to ensure every event is safe, seamless, and stress-free. Paired with handcrafted cocktails and experienced bartenders, we deliver an elevated bar experience you can trust.

    Dream Team!!

    Our day-of coordinator canceled on us just six months before our wedding, and we were understandably nervous about what would happen next. After scrambling to find a replacement and speaking with several options, it quickly became clear that Brittany and her team at Poppin Bottles were true professionals. Looking back now, it honestly feels like everything happened for a reason and that Poppin Bottles was always meant to be part of our wedding day. From the moment we hired them, we felt an incredible sense of relief. Brittany met us exactly where we were in the planning process, took the time to understand our vision, and consistently demonstrated professionalism, organization, and genuine care throughout our entire experience. Wedding planning can be stressful, and wedding days can feel overwhelming, but Brittany and her team took such exceptional care of us, our families, and every detail of our day. They listened to every note, honored every request, and somehow brought all of our ideas to life even better than we imagined. As the bride, I can honestly say I had no worries on my wedding day.     Best Coordinator and Bar Service EVER

    Brittany and the entire team at Poppin Bottles Bar & Events were truly one of the best investments we made for our wedding. From the very beginning of the planning process, Brittany was there every step of the way. No matter how big or small my questions were, she always took the time to answer them, offer guidance, and help me navigate the countless details that come with planning a wedding. Her support, organization, and calm presence made me feel confident throughout the entire process. On our wedding day, Brittany exceeded every expectation. She had everything completely under control, allowing me to be fully present and enjoy the best day of my life. At no point was I worried about timelines, logistics, or whether things were going according to plan because I knew Brittany had it handled. Thanks to her, I was able to spend the day soaking in every moment with my family, friends, and husband without feeling stressed or overwhelmed. Her bartending staff was equally incredible. Every member of the team was warm, professional, and genuinely personable. They took the time to get to know me, my husband, and our guests, which made the experience feel so much more personal. Our guests consistently commented on how friendly and attentive the bartenders were throughout the evening.     Best coordinator and bar service!

    From the moment we first reached out to Poppin Bottles, their team was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and welcoming. They made the entire bar and beverage planning process a breeze, going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfectly tailored to our preferences and vision. On the day of our wedding, their staff was exceptional - they were truly top-notch and so personal, making sure my husband and I were fed and had a drink in hand any time we needed one. They really cared about making our special day as smooth and enjoyable as possible. We cannot recommend Poppin Bottles highly enough!

    We hired Poppin Bottles for our September 2025 wedding and could not have been happier with the experience. The drinks were absolutely amazing and a huge hit with our guests. Brittany was incredible to work with. She was super responsive with all of my 6 million questions, easy to communicate with, and extremely professional from start to finish. She and her team showed up right on time, everything ran smoothly, and her staff was so sweet and friendly all night. We chose their Poppin’ Cider as one of our signature drinks, and our guests are still talking about how good it was! We truly couldn’t have asked for a better bar service for our wedding and would recommend them 100% to anyone planning an event.

    Poppin' Bottles was one of the biggest highlights of our wedding day! Brittany (the owner) and her team were truly spectacular! They went above and beyond every expectation we had. Not only were they professional and organized, but they took the time to get to know our friends and family, making everyone feel special and welcome. What meant the most to us was how personal they made the experience. They didn't just show up to bartend.. they connected with our guests, and treated our wedding day as if it were their own. That level of care is rare and unforgettable these days. The drinks were outstanding, the service was flawless, and our guests are still raving about them. We were so impressed that we've already booked Poppin' Bottles for our summer 4th of July party! If you want a mobile bartending service that brings professionalism, personality, and genuine heart to your event definitely give them a call.

Yes we have insurance and a Maine state liquor license.
