Fifteen years behind the bar, and I still get a kick out of the same thing: watching someone’s face light up on that first sip. I actually left this world for a while to try a different career, but the pull to come back was too strong — turns out I missed the banter more than I realized. There’s nothing like the back-and-forth with a stranger who becomes a regular by the end of the night. These days you’ll usually find me playing mad scientist behind the bar, dreaming up new combinations just to see if they work (they usually do). If we end up at your event together, expect good conversation and a drink or two you haven’t had before.

Most bars show up, pour, and leave. We’re trying to become part of your story. We’re publishing our own cocktail book on Amazon, so the drinks from your wedding can live on your bookshelf, not just in photos. We also craft health-and-fitness-focused drinks through our Refuel line, because mixology doesn’t stop at happy hour. Basically, we don’t just want to be your bartenders for one night — we want to be the ones you call for every milestone after.
