I am your Professional Wedding DJ and Entertainment Company. 'Professional' meaning someone who has expert and specialized knowledge in this field of practice, with a high-quality work ethic and moral obligation with and toward their client, who considers it a privilege to work with the client and help them achieve their vision of the perfect wedding and reception. This package is our most popular package, designed for couples who want both the ceremony and reception entertainment. Included in this investment is me as your emcee and DJ, dance floor lighting, wireless mics, two sound systems, and your choice of music, with detailed planning handled together. Monthly specials and eligible service discounts may be available. Final pricing depends on date, venue, travel, setup needs and event scope. Contact me for further details.

No Frills Reception Only Package

Price$1,200

Description

Up to 4 hours, ending by 11:00 p.m. or when the couple leaves, whichever comes first. A cleaner reception-only option for the couple that want professional sound, announcements, formal moments and open dancing without dance floor lighting. Included in this package is my DJ services, pro sound, wireless mics, all the ceremonial events from the grand entry to the last forever song, your choice of music and unlimited planning. Employment/service discounts do not apply to this package.

Short Celebration Wedding Package

Price$900

Description

Ceremony support plus up to 3 hours after the ceremony for music and fun. A shorter ceremony-and-celebration option for couples who want just the wedding music, social/dinner music, during a limited celebration window. Includes the Wedding Ceremony, then on to the reception for the Grand entrance, dinner prayer, dinner music and toasts; cake ceremony, first dance and parent dances; and up to 10 special request songs. No dance floor lighting is included. No professional discounts apply.

    Amazing Wedding DJ

    From our first conversation with Texas Best DJs, we knew we were in good hands. The owner was organized and friendly, providing detailed forms that helped us plan every moment of our reception without missing anything. He worked with us to create a song list and event timeline that kept everything flowing smoothly, and he was always quick to respond when we had questions or wanted to add special touches like the surprise for our groom and moms. His experience with all types of weddings really showed—he knew exactly how to keep the energy right and make sure our important songs were played at the perfect times. The service was worth every penny, and we would absolutely hire him again for future events. Highly recommend Texas Best DJs to any couple looking for a DJ who actually cares about getting the details right.

I wear all black business casual. I believe every professional service you have at your reception should be in black, including the DJ, photographers and wait staff, black just formalizes your special event.
Music requests are at the discretion of the couple. If you do want to allow requests, I can do so as long as I have the title in my database or I can access it via the web.
Yes. I offer separate wedding ceremony, cocktail and reception packages that you can include with your reservation.
I usually arrive at least two hours before the start of the wedding ceremony in order to set up my equipment for both the wedding ceremony and separately, the reception.
I can provide you with all of the options you may want for your wedding and reception, including up lighting, signature monogram gobos, dancing in the clouds, sparklers, even photobooth. These options are additional price and may be through a partner vendor.
Yes, I am insured through Canopy Insurance.
If you are book within my regional service areas, which include Abilene, San Angelo, Wichita Falls, Midland, Odessa, Lubbock, Weatherford, Brownwood, and the DFW metroplex, I do not charge for travel and set up. If your wedding and reception is outside these areas, I will add a travel fee, but we can discuss that during our initial consultation.
I will provide up to 90 minutes of music and production time for your wedding ceremony. This includes the prelude and the ceremony itself. Not all weddings start "on time". I'll provide the music and the equipment necessary for your successful wedding service from the moment you arrive in front of the minister until you both walk back up the aisle after being pronounced husband and wife.
I do not discriminate based on Race, Color, Religion, Sex, and/or National Origin. Whomever you want to marry, allow me to be your DJ and emcee!
I will provide my DJ services for up to five hours, no later than 11pm or until the bride and groom leave for the evening, whichever occurs first. Overtime is available for additional price.
I offer both clean and club versions of any song you may want for your wedding and reception.
Yes, my packages do include dance floor lighting at no additional cost unless otherwise stated.
Yes, every reservation requires a written contract that details the terms, inclusions and limits of what I will provide during your wedding and reception. After our initial consultation, you will have a couple of days to review the contract. If you agree, you will return the contract with a small advance payment to complete your reservation. Then the bulk of the contract which details events and songs for the wedding and for the reception will not be due back until two weeks before your wedding date.
Yes, I do. It's usually 10% paid up front to secure your wedding date.
Usually, I accept your initial advance payment after you agree to the contract language, usually 10% to 20%, to secure your date. Then you have the remainder of time up to the event date to complete the balance of your payments. If you want me to set up a monthly or quarterly payment plan, I can do that, with no extra fees or interest applied.
No, I do not. I accept PayPal or Venmo payment options for the initial advance payment and final payment, upon request.
I have two DJ set ups. One that I will utilize for the wedding ceremony, which includes wireless mics for the minister and readers, along with the music of your choice and my technical experience to run the sound equipment during the wedding. Then separately, I provide a DJ and Light Show system for the reception. I also offer options like additional sound for cocktails and different locations during the reception.
Yes, I do. I offer a single $150.00 military discount for current and retired members of the armed forces. In addition, I offer this same single discount if you are employed in law enforcement, as a first responder, a health services provider, or are enrolled in higher education.
I'm not overly talkative. This is your wedding reception and I believe you don't need a DJ that will be a distraction away from your special celebration. I will keep your family, friends and guests informed about upcoming events so that everyone is aware about events that will happen shortly. I can make whatever announcements you want. And during the dance, while I will encourage dance floor participation, I'm not overly active on the mic promoting myself. All of my clients compliment me on how I keep everyone informed and entertained during the evening.
