Band Lead - Vocalist

Crook & Company is a Milwaukee based Jazz Quartet composed of professional musicians who when not teaching at the conservatory or playing in Jazz houses throughout Milwaukee, are helping to make your special day one to remember! Whether you'd like a more intimate experience with our Jazz Duo, or rock the night away with our Jazz Quartet, we have exactly what you need to make your event shine! With over 50 years of collective musical experience and over 100 events under our belt, we're confident we have the "know-how" to ensure that every event is movie quality every time. Lets make your event one to remember!

With special care and attention given to each wedding & event, you can rest assured that we'll be with you for each step of the process. We Offer a consultation for each couple, and visit each venue to ensure things go smoothly! We also curate a setlist with songs you'll love, and request with seemless transistions into each part of your big day! While we're there to ensure your wedding's music will leave a lasting memory for your big day - we'll also lend a hand to make sure all you have to worry about is saying "I Do!"

Typically, we wear black but can definitely accomadate to match your wedding vision!
Yes we do! As long as we have enough time to learn them, we include up to 3 new songs for free!
Day of song requests are harder to fullfill & typically don't offer. With our setlist being curated to fit your wedding vision, we make sure we know the songs you want!
Both! We can cover your musical needs from a prelude to your ceremony and keep your party moving throuought the night!
You can expect us to be up to an hour early before the first song plays. We take your wedding very seriously and this time allows us to work out any unexpected kinks! We're also onsite for any last minute adjustments, should they arise.
Jazz is what we do best! We do dabble in R&B, Pop, Soul and some other genres upon request. Just let us know what you envision!
Our travel within Milwaukee and a radius outside of it is covered in our packages! Outside of about 50 miles and we would include milage on the invoice. Our break down (& set up) fee is included in our services as well!

We don't charge additional fees or taxes outside of our quoted cost, which typically includes taxes & milage.
Music is our specialty, but we can certainly connect you with other professionals if you need additional services! We're happy to give you reccomendations at your request.
The "& Company" part of the band really means we include many & any talented artists that are available! While we have a "house band" that plays most of our weddings & events together, sometimes we substitue or add artists depending on the request of the event.
We pride ourselves on making sure your experience working with us starts from the first time you reach out - not when the music starts. While our music is phenominal in it's own right, we also want to make sure we're giving the same care and attention to your wedding as any other! You only get one shot to bring together your wedding vision, and we want to make that process as easy as possible!
