From the very beginning, he helped us choose the perfect songs for every special moment and guided us through the entire music planning process. His experience and attention to detail made everything so easy and stress-free. On our wedding day, he brought incredible energy, kept the dance floor packed, and created an unforgettable atmosphere. He even helped coordinate our table dash, making it so much fun for everyone. More than just an amazing DJ, Vinny felt like a friend who genuinely cared about making our wedding everything we dreamed it would be. Summary The wedding ceremony was beautiful and the reception was still fun even though we feel we did not get what we paid for. Overall, we were not a good fit. My husband and I feel Coastal Djs communications prewedding were lackluster. As people who have never planned a wedding, we were disappointed with the lack of guidance and expectations set. Most of our songs on the playlist for the reception were not played. We had to request songs and songs we don’t like were played. My husband and I love music and would never have spent so much time on the playlist if we had known that Coastal Djs were just going to play things to “get the crowd going” They came in with a vibe expectation and tried to alter the crowd to what they thought it should be instead of changing for who our crowd was. This was never explained to us other than we can put whatever we want on there. We didn’t ask questions, because everything “seemed” black and white and easy. We felt like just another client while this was a very new experience to us. Photo booth and attendant were nice and props were okay. _________________________________________ Full Review We signed coastal djs pretty early on in our wedding search. Vinny showed passion and the reviews we saw on the knot were all 5 stars. That’s the problem with planning a wedding- most people only do it once. You don’t now what to ask or what you’re looking for. As our wedding got closer, we planned a killer playlist on the website we were given. We handpicked 130 songs for our reception as the website suggested. Music means a lot to my husband and I. If something moves us, it’s for a good reason. A few weeks before the wedding, we planned our last few meetings for Vinny. One morning, I received a text at 6:30am. A few days before the wedding, there was a last minute change and I reached out about confirming it. The night before the wedding, I received an answer at 11:00pm. Personally, these are beyond text message hours. When we get to our reception, quite a few times we had to request songs on our playlist. There were so many songs we didn’t ask for. My husband asked why they were not playing songs solely from our playlist and we were told “There’s an older crowd we’re trying to get out on the floor” We were asked to create a playlist. We made a playlist for us and for our guests. It was a small wedding and we knew what would get people on the dance floor. The wedding ceremony was beautiful and the reception was fun even though we did not hear most of our music.

Had an absolute perfect day, Vinny & the crew were so wonderful with interactions & really getting everyone out of their seat- I don’t think that I could’ve planned all of this without his guidance. In all honesty, I just trusted the process, gave him a general vibe & I was not let down. So incredibly grateful to Coastal DJs. You made my day feel like such a fairytale. ❤️
