Hi! Pleased to meet you! My name is Christie, and I have been practicing the art of violin performance for over 20 years! I received my Bachelor of Music in Violin Performance in 2011 and since launching Christie Becker Violin in 2018, I've had the privilege of working with incredible clients including Microsoft, Overstock, Marriott, and Don Perignon, but weddings hold a special place in my heart - I thrive on celebrating the love my couples share! I'm so excited to hear all about your love story, and to bring it to life through music!

I started Christie Becker Violin in 2018 with the mission of creating custom soundscapes for each of my couples - each and every moment, from your guests' arrival to your last dance, is tailored specifically for you! I'm never about one-size-fits-all music. I'm passionate about creating an immersive experience from beginning to end that leaves your family and friends saying "this is SO them!"

    Christie is amazing to work with! She responds in a timely manner and has very clear communication. She cares about each event and exceeds expectations for when she performs! We would recommend Christie to anyone looking to bring elegance into their event. :)

Not only do I tailor my musical selections to your preferences, giving you full control over every song performed at your event, but I also utilize high quality backing tracks! This allows me to perform everything from Jazz to Bollywood, Pop to R&B, Country to Rock and more, live, with a full, rich, vibrant sound that will get everyone tapping their toes!
Because I personalize each set list specifically for my couples, I am happy to take requests all throughout the planning process! Highlighting a song that's "your song", or transcribing a special first dance request are exactly what I LOVE to do!
I provide a range of performance options: Mini-Ceremonies and Elopements, Classic Ceremonies complete with an extended Prelude, Cocktail Hour, Dinner, and Dancing sets! I work with each of my couples directly to determine the best performance(s) to fulfil their vision for their big day!
I like to arrive on location at least 30 minutes before the performance is set to begin to touch base with the coordinator and set up my equipment before your guests arrive. I work with each of my couples directly to create their own unique timeline and ensure a smooth flow.
I am always adding to my song list! Whether it's a special song that's "your song" as a couple, a fun dance request or a new artist release that you'd like covered, I'm so excited to bring it to life on your big day!
Because I'm providing a service rather than a tangible product, I don't require the addition of sales tax!
