Mark and Karlen have been restoring the farm for 19 years, one thing has been maintained as much as possible in its original form, the barn. The historic late 1800’s bank barn has many of the original board siding, only to be replaced in-like when needed. It boasts a very large 4 bay layout with the original chestnut flooring. The board siding allows the light to dance off the beautiful wood floors. It is a privilege for Mark and Karlen to invite you into their treasured barn and grounds.

We are a romantic and affordable wedding venue with a historic manor house, charming honeymoon cabin, luxury reception tent, covered pavilion, and beautiful manicured grounds in Westminster, MD. Our manor house hosts separate dedicated get-ready spaces for Bride and Fiancé. Wedding night accommodations in our honeymoon cabin is INCLUDED. Well Wishes Farm is a barn venue offering 2 full days of use with each rental. The air-conditioned farmhouse, built in 1855, is included and has separate spaces for the bridal party and groomsmen to get ready. The barn is not climate controlled, but fans, open doors, and a breeze are utilized in summer months and portable heaters in cooler months. Rental of the venue is a flat fee and includes taxes, use of chairs, 5' round tables, 8' rectangular tables, cocktail tables, whiskey barrels, patio heaters, bars, refrigerators/freezers, and a bronze arch. Today the owners have renovated all the rooms in the building but, kept the rustic charm. Caboose Farm is a beautiful, rustic wedding venue located in Sabillasville, Maryland (just north of Frederick, MD) that blends beautiful scenery with convenient accommodations. Located in close proximity to Baltimore; Washington, D.C.; and Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, the venue offers a charming 220-acre space with access to attractions such as golf, wineries, and hiking. Cortland Mansion is a one-stop venue. We provide the tables and chairs for the reception as well as the white resin chairs for the ceremony. We offer on-site catering that includes setting up and cleaning up of the space. We offer linens with the rental and have an array of colors to choose from for weddings. We offer different bar options such as cash bar, tab bar and open bar. We also have a bridal suite that can be utilized for the day. Our rental hours for weddings start at 7:00 a.m. to midnight.
