“We were so glad we found Meadow Brook Inn! It checked off all of the boxes for us AND the staff were awesome to work with. We dreamt of having our ceremony outdoors in nature and despite a little bit of rain, the MBI team made sure our dreams came true. Marisa was communicative throughout the process and guided us through our ceremony rehearsal. Our guests raved about the appetizers and desserts and over all we had a joyful experience. The ceremony space was so peaceful, the lawn is elegant and charming, and the reception hall, lounge, and bar are all spacious and comfortable. We were able to come in the day before to decorate before our rehearsal and add our own personal touch the the venue. I am so grateful we found MBI and that we were able to host our wedding here :) Thank you Marisa, Gabe, Brian, and to the whole MBI team for making this once in a lifetime celebration so special for all of us!”

“When we first toured the Graduate we knew we wanted to get married there based on the beauty and aesthetics alone, not knowing everything else would be just as incredible! Elise is such a calming, professional presence. She is attentive, responsive, and handles everything with the utmost care. She was fantastic to work with. Not only was Elise a top tier professional, but the entire hotel staff was kind, welcoming, and accommodating all weekend – from the front desk representatives, to housekeeping, to lobby security. Haley was phenomenal onsite and took away all the step up and breakdown stress that we would’ve otherwise had to deal with. We have attended many hotel weddings where the food is subpar – not the case here! We felt (and heard from others!) that it was the best wedding food we’ve ever tasted. Cocktail hour appetizers were particularly amazing. The beauty of the hotel speaks for itself! It was the perfect setting for the moody, vintage, winter wedding we had always wanted. The bridal suite was gorgeous and spacious as well. As a professional event manager and someone who has interacted with several weddings, the Graduate Providence was so easy to work with. With a large volume of out of town guests, we loved having everything in one place. (The Blizzard of ‘26 took place the day after and our guests were relieved to have the cafe and restaurant as saving graces as well!) We couldn’t be happier with the Graduate Providence.”

The venue itself was absolutely beautiful - there was no need to do anything crazy to decorate, as the space was so elegant and well-designed already. All of our decorations and centerpieces were dropped off ahead of time, and the staff arranged everything so beautifully. Our guests loved the open bar and the overall flow of the event. “I got married at Lake Pearl in July 2024, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! From start to finish, the entire staff was an absolute dream to work with. They truly held my hand through the whole process, making everything feel so seamless and stress-free. One of the best parts was that the venue included beautiful floral centerpieces and a delicious cake, which took so much coordination off my plate. Their preferred vendors and the staff are like a well-oiled machine, working together flawlessly. Lake Pearl is also the perfect backdrop for photos, with a beach, dock, gardens, and tree-lined forest areas that provide diverse landscapes for stunning photo opportunities. I got married in the new Belvedere building, which is a showstopper filled with great lighting and tons of windows! Getting ready on-site was a wonderful experience, with breakfast and lunch catered to the bridal suite, making for a perfect, relaxed start to the day.
