“Tyler from Jammin’ DJs brought the right vibes on our wedding night! We had live musicians for ceremony and cocktail hour, but starting with grand entrances and through dinner/dancing, Tyler seamlessly took over. Something important to look for in DJs is comfort making announcements, and that was very well done here. He made extra sure to check pronunciations and ensure what he was saying was what we wanted to happen. My husband and I love all kinds of music, so it was impressive that he sifted through the long list of requests with a through-the-decades method that had cohesiveness. The uplighting as part of the package was great, too. It signaled the change from classy ceremony and dinner with orange/gold tones to a bluer/neon dancing vibe. My only complaint (and I don’t think this is on Tyler’s side of the business) was that we very explicitly communicated over the phone that venue setup time was 2h before the ceremony, but that we wouldn’t be needing DJ services until post-cocktail hour. We made it through a phone call with John, a full contract-signing exchange, and a video conference with Tyler before Jammin’ DJs notified us we’d need to pay an extra 125 setup fee for the setup-to-usage delay. It was very stressful to have this on our plate during wedding week, and despite questioning this Jammin’ DJs stood firm. It felt like we got backed into a corner to make the company more money when we were in a bad position (close to the wedding!) On the scale of a wedding, maybe 125 isn’t that much, but it’s the fact that we felt repeatedly not listened to and that it was such a scramble time-wise making this leave a sour taste. I want to close this review by emphasizing this has little to do with Tyler and that I would still use this DJ service again! I just would be more clear and exchange more details in writing to defend myself next time. Thank you, Jammin’ DJs, for being a part of our day!”

“I cannot say enough amazing things about Sarah Beth! I was extremely stressed about choosing the right songs for our ceremony, but she was so calming, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. She truly made everything feel easy and guided me in a way that took so much pressure off. She even went above and beyond by learning a new song that my husband absolutely loves, which meant so much to us. Honestly, my husband wasn’t fully on board with hiring a violinist at first, but after the wedding, he admitted it was one of the best decisions we made and was so glad we chose Sarah Beth! Her music added such a beautiful and special touch to our ceremony, and everything flowed perfectly thanks to her help with timing and coordination. I couldn’t have been happier with how everything turned out. My only advice to future brides is to make sure you have someone record this part of your day or designate a family member to capture some moments—I didn’t, and I definitely regret not having more footage of such a special addition. If you’re considering a violinist, I highly recommend Sarah Beth. She truly helped make our day perfect!”

“We cannot recommend RCDJ enough! We booked the Earl Package Ceremony services and had DJ Kyle on the day of and everything was perfect. They also recommended a day of coordinator who works with them, Carley Pilgrim, and she was absolutely amazing too, highly recommend booking both of them together!! We loved their online planning portal where we could share our timeline, must-play songs, do not play songs, link playlists if we wanted (we created a playlist of our guest's first dance songs to play during the cocktail hour), and more! We really had so much fun dancing at our reception because of the vibe Kyle was able to create and he had all the guests out there for hours! He did a great job reading the room, knowing when to switch things up, and keeping the dance floor full all night. We got so many compliments about the DJ and playlist all night! We gave Kyle some songs we like and he learned our personalities and then took over the playlist from there, and he absolutely nailed it. We also had a special request that Kyle worked with us to make happen. My husband is a huge Knicks fan and our wedding was in the middle of the NBA finals. He wanted to play Empire State of Mind and have the DJ throw us Knicks T shirts to wear. Kyle didn't miss a beat and that is one of our favorite memories from the night! They are so willing to work with you to make your dreams reality. They really exceeded all our expectations and we would highly recommend them to anyone!”

“These guys are great. From Jesse who I spoke to on the phone and through email through the interview & planning process, to Joel who was our wedding day DJ. They had reasonable prices supplied whatever they needed. We only needed one for the reception and he was fantastic! He fit the fun dance-filled vibe very well! I had a LOT of no play songs and even though a lot are wedding “hits” thankfully I never heard any of them. He announced cake cutting/bouquet toss/entrances with cheer and spoke very clearly. They had decades of experience for my venue so I didn’t need to do a lot of back and forth about that which was nice. In turn, the venue staff trusted them fully. “Chris and his team did an amazing job. He communicated with us regularly in the planning phase and made sure he knew exactly what type of music and party we were wanting. His band nailed it. The jazz trio was perfect for the cocktail hour and then the minute they took it up a notch the dance floor was packed!
